Refund Policy & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your size before purchasing.

However, items may be returned for a full refund if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Any such return requests will be reviewed and approved at our sole discretion.

In select cases, size exchanges may be accepted if inventory is available. To request an exchange, email support@mortaudesigner.com within 10 days of delivery.

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition with tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return or exchange request, contact us at support@mortaudesigner.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period 

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@mortaudesigner.com.
